Coaching in Cobham Surrey
The counselling and psychotherapy techniques that I use have many similarities to those used in coaching. For those who come for counselling/psychotherapy, I will use the past, present and future. However, in coaching there is more emphasis on the present and future, and this creates a focus for my questioning. As in my counselling and psychotherapy sessions, I believe that individuals have the skills and abilities to decide on a way forward, they just need a little help along the way. However, I will always take into account the different areas of a person's life, when considering the issues that are presented, rather than just concentrating on one specific area. If there are emotional issues preventing the way forward then I can work with these too.

Coaching gives you the space to assess your current situation, examine your options, work out what is important to you and what is not, so that you can set realistic goals. Once this is achieved, we can decide on the steps needed to achieve your goal, and how to overcome any obstacles that might get in your way.
